I just thought I’d give you all an update on the books we’ve currently got in production.
GWENDY’S BUTTON BOX by Stephen King and Richard Chizmar is currently at the printer. This is first book I’ve had printed in the US so I’m not sure how long it will take. Also, as we get closer to Christmas the printers are always backed up and really busy which makes jobs take a little longer.
Realistically though, the book won’t be completed and be ready to ship until early next year now, as the slipcase makers can’t begin production on those until they have a completed copy of the book in their hands so they can get the exact measurements etc.
I really do apologise for the delay. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have gotten the book finished any sooner as I’ve been waiting to receive the book files.
I’ll keep you updated on the book’s progress!
HAP AND LEONARD: SAVAGE SEASON by Joe R. Lansdale and Jussi Piironen is also now at the printer and should hopefully not to be too long in production.
BENEATH THE SURFACE by Simon Clark and Paul Kane. We’re just waiting for the proofs for this one. Then providing they’re okay, we can get the book into production.
I always do my very best to get my books out there as quickly as possible. But being a one-man operation does make things take a little longer sometimes I’m afraid.
As I said, I will keep you all updated on the progress of these books. And we have got some very cool titles coming next year. I really can’t wait to share them with you!Thank you so much for all of your incredible support, it really means the world to me.
