Here’s some information about the new site: If you are logging onto your account on the new site but aren’t seeing your orders listed, here’s why. The old site used Shopify for the shopping cart system and the new site uses 3dcart. I’ve been able to import all the customers from Shopify but I haven’t been able to import the orders. So, when you log on to your account on the new site your existing orders won’t be there. I’m trying to figure out how to do it, but please don’t worry as I’m keeping my Shopify account open until all the open orders have been fulfilled. So, I still have full access and control over all of your orders.
If you find your original email confirmation from your order you should be able to still access all your order details on the old Shopify cart system. But if you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to email me.
