Hi Everyone,
PLEASE NEVER BUY AN SST BOOK THAT HAS THE SIGNATURE PAGE TORN OUT AS THESE COPIES ARE DAMAGED AND FAULTY COPIES AND ARE ONLY FIT FOR THE BIN.
Someone is selling some copies of HOW TO SELL A HAUNTED HOUSE by Grady Hendrix on eBay that have been taken out of the recycle bin at my workplace. Here’s the listing:

I threw these copies out a week or two ago as they are damaged and faulty copies and were not fit for sale. I ripped out all of the Signature Sheets, the Copyright Pages, and all the Title pages. I also tore out random pages throughout the books, so they are not even readable.
Please do not buy these copies as they were only ever meant for the recycle bin and are not readable. If you have bought a copy, please ask the seller to refund your money as by buying these you are just wasting your money.
I have very high-quality standards for SST books and these copies were only ever meant to be thrown out. I wouldn’t even give these away.
I will be disposing of my damaged and faulty books elsewhere in the future so this can’t happen again.
Sadly, some people will try and sell anything to make some money. These copies hurt SST’s reputation as they are only fit for the bin. If you have bought a copy and can’t get a refund from the eBay seller please let me know.
